By downloading or playing Arcade Mahjong (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by applicable law.
Progress, coins, lives, and cosmetics are stored on your device (and optionally in a transfer code you create). They have no real-world cash value. We may change balance, content, or features in updates. Soft-launch builds may disable ads, in-app purchases, and online features.
Do not cheat with unauthorized tools, disrupt services, abuse other players if online features are enabled, or use the App for anything illegal.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Éclat Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
